A not-to-be missed comparative tasting of the 1999, 2006 and 2010 vintages of Poggio al Vento Col d’Orcia and Nardi Vigneto Manachiara, accompanied by Parmigiano Reggiano made with the milk of the Bianca Modenese cattle breed (Presidio Slow Food).
- Hard Magic: The Great Cheeses of Europe, Monday September 18 at 1pm, Bra – Liceo Scientifico G. Giolitti-G. B. Gandino. Hervè Mons, France’s finest affineur, takes you on a voyage of discovery of great European cow’s cheeses: Parmigiano Reggiano and Gouda, Etivaz and Gruyere, Comté and Beaufort.
