The beating heart of the event, the Cheese Market is once again the meeting place for international network of hundreds of Italian and international producers who come to Bra every two years to participate in Cheese.

Farmers, herders, cheesemakers and cheesemongers will be once again filling Piazza Carlo Alberto and Piazza Roma, using their quality products to communicate their shared passion for all things dairy. In the 3,000 square meters of display space, you’ll find delicacies and rarities from around the world, and you’ll be able to sample the results of an attention to the highest quality, care for the environment and the landscape and respect for all the people involved in the production process.

This year Piazza Roma will be offering an exciting new innovation, Mobile Food, for tasty snacks in between browsing the stalls.

The Via degli Affinatori, dedicated to cheese affineurs (agers), offers a gallery of the world’s best aged cheeses. Great cheese connoisseurs, artisans able to select the best forms and heighten their aromatic and gustatory personality through aging, the affineurs will gather in Piazza Roma to present the fruits of their experience and passion.

The Via degli Affinatori will feature following affineurs:

Arbiora – Bubbio (Piedmont), Cravero – Bra (Piedmont), Guffanti – Arona (Piedmont), Marcel Petite – France, Mons – France, Paccard – France, Poncelet – Spain, Tradifoods – Portugal, L’Amuse – Netherlands, US Cheese Group (Atlanta Foods) – USA, Neal’s Yard Dairy – UK, Sheridans – Ireland, Van Tricht – Belgium.  

You’ll find the Cheese Market in Piazza Carlo Alberto and Piazza Roma.
