Think of buffalo milk and what immediately comes to mind is mozzarella, a typical Italian delicacy much loved over the world. But, deeply rooted in local areas, especially in the South of Italy, the milk is used to produce much more. We’ll pair this product so heavily rooted to its territory – particularly southern Italy – with artisanal Italian beers. We will understand how various types of brews can be paired with different forms of buffalo milk: PDO buffalo mozzarella from Campania, PDO buffalo ricotta from Campania, PDO smoked buffalo mozzarella from Campania, scamorza and caciocavallo will be looking for their perfect pairings among the many brews from the best Italian breweries.
