The
Great Hall of Cheese has been given a new look, but its spirit remains the same, providing a relaxing and convivial place where visitors can indulge in sensory experiences, sampling over 100 exceptional cheeses from all over the world. This year’s theme is
rare and unusual cheeses from around the world, products of the highest quality that are hard to find, because they are made in very small quantities, come from far away or use unusual techniques or ingredients. Among these, Slow Food Presidia cheeses will find a special place.
