At Cheese, people of all ages can test their own sensory skills and increase their awareness about issues relating to food in general and cheese specifically.
For the youngest children, Perceive the taste: children discover Slow Food’s history and themes by solving the “Enigma of the vanished cheese”.
Adults can instead sample some common and unusual tastings and pairings in order to learn more about the “forms of milk.”
