Located in the heart of the Balkan Peninsula, the Republic of North Macedonia has long been a treasure trove of gastronomic and cultural traditions, as well as a crossroads of peoples, religions, and cultures.
This workshop takes you on a journey through the culinary heritage of North Macedonia, exploring mountain pastures, the flavors of highlands and forests, and the Mediterranean influences and grapes. It’s a journey to discover the colors of coexistence between mountains and lakes, through the products of the Presidia, from the savory “a piece of milk” (with alpine cheeses from Mavrovo Reka) to the sweet “pepper shape” (with Bukovo peppers), not forgetting, of course, the typical beverages of the country.
