Don’t miss out on the aperitivo featuring beer and cheese led by two young alumni from the University of Gastronomic Sciences, who will guide us through the pairing of different styles of German beers with Alpine robiole and tomes.

Mönchshof Brewery, a strategic partner of Unisg, was founded in Kulmbach in 1349, where even an ancient beer amphora dating back 3000 years was discovered. The Nicoletta Farm was established in the early 20th century with a few head of cattle and a few consumed forms mainly within the family, and it has continued to grow from generation to generation. Federica, North West Sales Manager for Mönchshof, and Alice, who has returned to work in the family farm, will take us on an enjoyable tasting journey, pairing beers from various German styles with Alpine tomes and robiole.
