Cheese 2023: A User’s Guide is not just a lunch, but a journey, a guide to the 14th edition of Cheese for the most disoriented cheese-lovers, featuring the best products and producers from all over the world.
Carol Povigna, Nahuel Buracco, and Matteo Bigi, chefs and researchers at the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo will tell you everything you need to know, with a tasting menu that combines technique and indulgence. The goal? To capture in 5 courses the essence of a day walking through the streets of Bra at Cheese.
Price: 100,00€ for a 5-course lunch, paired with 3 wines, and a mini guide of the event so you can find the cheeses used and the recipes of the dishes served at lunch.
