Cheese, the largest international event dedicated to raw milk cheeses, returns to Bra from September 15 to 18, 2023.
Organized by Slow Food and the City of Bra with the support of the Piedmont Region, the fourteenth edition gathers a community of herders, cheesemakers, affineurs, and enthusiasts; this year’s theme is “The Taste of Meadows”, to emphasize how the best cheeses, i.e. ones which respectful of the land, animal welfare, and our health, are derived from the milk of animals that graze on pastures and meadows.
As usual, we are ready to kick off the event on the stage of Piazza Caduti per la Libertà, dedicated to Azio Citi.
