Parmigiano Reggiano, one of the greatest Italian cheeses, is produced in a vast territory spanning the provinces of Parma, Modena, Reggio Emilia, Bologna, and Mantova.

It is produced both in the plains and in the hills, and it stands out not only for its place of origin but also for its aging, which can reach up to 10 years.

The Cheese

In this tasting, four Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses from four different territories are paired with the gentlest of the great wines from Langa, Barbaresco, a famous red that originates from the hills of four municipalities around Alba.

The Wine

We present you Barbaresco from the following wineries:

Adriano Marco and Vittorio from San Rocco Seno d’Elvio

Ada Nada from Treiso

Albino Rocca from Barbaresco

Piero Busso from Neive

Tickets are available online until September 14. From September 15-18 any remaining tickets will be available to buy at the Event Reception in Via Mendicità Istruita 14.

Pollenzo is located approximately 6 kilometers from Bra. During Cheese, the location will be easily accessible by shuttle.
