In this workshop, we compare the wines from the Roero region in Piedmont with the products from the Di Nucci dairy in Agnone, Molise.
Two territories, nearly 1000 kilometers apart, come together in this tasting featuring elegant wines and stretched curd cheeses born in the heart of Molise.
The Wines
Roero, located on the left bank of the Tanaro River, produces highly interesting white and red wines that age gracefully. Here are the wines we’ll taste:
- Roero Arneis San Michele Deltetto
- Roero Arneis Sette Anni Angelo Negro
- Nebbiolo d’Alba Marsaglia San Pietro
- Roero Filippo Gallino
- Roero Riserva Trinità Malvirà
The Cheese
Agnone in Molise, on the other hand, is the homeland of Caciocavallo. We also offer a tasting of other exception raw milk cheeses from the same area which expresses its full sensory richness and its finest nutritional characteristics.
Tickets are available online until September 14. From September 15-18 any remaining tickets will be available to buy at the Event Reception in Via Mendicità Istruita 14.
Pollenzo is located approximately 6 kilometers from Bra. During Cheese, the location will be easily accessible by shuttle.
Cheese 2023 is organized by Slow Food and the City of Bra from September 15-18. See you there! #Cheese2023
