Take three cheese of Trentino and South Tyrolean cheeses. Entrust them to an experienced chef and a young enthusiast eager to learn.

The result is this Taste Workshop. Luigi Montibeller from the Slow Food Valsugana convivium is a retired chef. For many years, he practiced his profession at the Steinerian Health Center in Roncegno, but he remains highly active as an educator and a chef. Alongside him is the energetic and eager-to-learn 17-year-old Ernesto Salizzoni, currently in his fourth year at the hotel management institute in Trento. Together, they will present three cheese from Trentino Alto Adige, to be tasted in their pure form and then as part of more elaborate preparations.

The food is paired with wines from the Wine Bank of Pollenzo.

Tickets are available online until September 14. From September 15-18 any remaining tickets will be available to buy at the Event Reception in Via Mendicità Istruita 14.
