The Great Hall of Cheese and the Enoteca: the great beauty. Here you’ll find cheeses from around the world, Italian Slow Food Presidia and numerous specially-selected natural cheeses, as well as a long list of fine wines curated by the Wine Bank, Slow Wine and Velier.


The Great Hall of Cheese is the living room of Cheese, where 134 specialties from across the world await you. Beyond the various and varied regions of Italy, there are cheeses from France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland and the UK.

A real treasure chest for cheese lovers that showcases the best of raw milk cheese, and only raw milk cheese!



You can match your cheeses with the wines of the Enoteca, taking a tour of Italy through your glass: because tasting a wine is a way of discovering and getting to know new lands and the communities that live there and take care of them, all of which contributes to making each wine unique.

Let yourself be guided by the sommeliers of Fisar in choosing from among 535 labels, in a delicious and educational journey down the Boot via hundreds of Italian winemakers and members of Slow Food’s Progetto Vino: offering a panorama of sparkling wine, rosé, red, whites and dessert wines.

We also have Triple “A” wines (Agriculturist, Artisan, Artist) made with clean, healthy grapes (no synthetic chemicals), that ferment spontaneously (no selected yeasts), without any tricks in the cellar (no enological additives) and a low sulfite content.

The Great Hall and the Enoteca are open Friday to Sunday from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. and on Monday from 12 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
