This year, the Cheese stage is dedicated to the memory of Azio Citi, an artist and friend of Slow Food since its inception.

The program of the Cheese stage, conceived by the City of Bra and Slow Food, features various theatrical and musical moments, in addition to the longstanding events like the presentation of the Slow Cheese Awards.

Nights on stage

Among the performances taking place on the stage are Le Madamè, an all-woman ensemble with songs encompassing labor, love, and emigration; the Swing & Jazz Big Band Cherasco, offering a repertoire of 1940s swing music; Teres Aoutes String Band, a string instrument ensemble creatively interpreting songs and dances from the culture of the Western Alps.

And then there’s Simone Campa and the Orchestra Terra Madre, a world music project promoting musical dialogue and intercultural exchange.

The entire program is open and free for all. We look forward to seeing you there!

Cheese 2023 is organized by Slow Food and the City of Bra from September 15-18. See you there! #Cheese2023
