At Cheese 2023 the Slow Food Coffee Coalition makes its debut, bringing together all participants in the coffee supply chain, from farmers to consumers.

The Slow Food Coffee Coalition space is where to go to for a different coffee experience: not just by tasting it, but by trying to understand what makes coffee good for the environment and for those who produce it.

Slow Food Coffee Coalition

The Coffee Coalition is an international, open, and collaborative network that unites all participants involved in the coffee supply chain, from farmers to consumers. The Coalition is founded on the principle that sensory quality and good agricultural practices go hand in hand…

The Coffee Coalition space contains a meeting room, an exhibition, and stands of Italian and international coffee roasters who present the coffees of the Coalition. The roasters are:

  • Critical Coffee
  • Ialty
  • Nordic Roasting
  • Dropstery
  • Forno Brisa Roastery
  • Origini Caffè
  • Caffè 360
  • Costadoro
  • BioCubaCafè (which is an association of coffee producers, though not a roaster itself)

Come to the Coffee Coalition space armed with questions! Ask the hosts what it means to produce, trade, and roast good, clean, and fair coffee. We’re ready to guide you on a journey, one you can return home from with a new idea of coffee can and should be!

Cheese 2023 is organized by Slow Food and the City of Bra from September 15-18. See you there! #Cheese2023
